Application Process 

1.  Provide application form and supporting materials to ASOA President and receive approval

2.  More than half of the existing ASOA members approved this membership

3.  Paid the annaul membership fee (around USD400)

4.  Join ASOA State Reps LINE group

5.  Complete the contact information sheet (ASOA will share it with partners for business purposes)

6.  Provide Gmail account to enable access and editing of the ASOA webpage for your state office
