美國各州政府辦事處協會(ASOA)以促進加強台美雙邊關係為宗旨，是美國各州駐台代表處進行推廣各州與台灣間經貿關係與投資機會的共同平台。ASOA致力協助會員州之商品外銷來台，同時也爭取台商企業赴會員州投資，亦經常主辦/協辦/應援有關貿易、投資、教育、旅遊等相關活動。 

The American State Offices Association (ASOA) was formed to facilitate and strengthen bilateral ties between the U.S. and Taiwan.  ASOA serves as a platform for the many State government Representative Offices in Taiwan to enhance trade and investment ties between their respective states and Taiwan.  ASOA supports our members' efforts to increase exports from the U.S. and attract investments from Taiwan.  ASOA works to coordinate, co-organize and support trade, investment, education and tourism related activities.
